Propstyling is one of the most important requirements if you want to create a tasty looking food photo!
You cannot display a red tomato soup on a red plate - the food has to stand out.
The more your photographer is involved with styling your food images, the more stunning images can be produced. I have a large
prop collection, consisting of several thousand antique and modern plates and glasses, wooden backgrounds,
about 100 tablecloths, cutlery and napkins - you can use all these for free. But when it comes to special layouts or particular requirements,
I might not have the right props, and they have to be hired or bought for the shoot. We might have to employ a proper prop stylist
working in conjunction with the food stylist to arrange all the plates, backgrounds, cutlery etc. .
